My two main interests are epilepsy and sleep. I am interested in what causes sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy and insomnia, and in how to best treat persons afflicted with these conditions. I direct the sleep medicine center at Washington University and also see patients with epilepsy.
